AQUAMARINE FAVES!!!
I AM IN LOVE!!!! Aquamarine is my new obsession. If my husband would agree I would paint all of our rooms with this tranquil color! Aquamarine, is such a pure color. it can be subtle or deep ALMOST taking on a Turquoise hue, however, it is purer than Turquoise. It is that hint of color that you see in water or a beautiful piece of crystal. I hope you enjoy my list as I will add to this periodically!
Little Rock's warm weather these past few days is causing Spring Fever for me!

It is after the holidays, the guests have gone home (I hope). Your decorations are taken down, again, I hope! It is time for you to reclaim your home, what better place to start than the bedroom? This room should immediately conjure up images of relaxation, tranquility, and intimacy. While decorating this room keep the art in focus. Don't hang your art until after all major pieces of furniture have been placed, however, you should choose your art early in the process as this can set the tone for your bedroom. A new year ALWAYS brings about a new crop of TV design shows, HGTV is finally back on track as far as I'm concerned with their FABULOUS new shows; The Outdoor Room with Jamie Dhurrie and Design Interns. The latter is a fantastic look at what really goes on in pitching a design.I already have my fav, a girl named Bre, she has great talent and skills, along with the drive! I predict that she will win the spot! In March the winner of last season's Design Star will have his show, The Antonio Project,airing. The FLN network will not be upstaged with Candice Olsen's Divine Design. Candice is clever enough like Susan Richardson to have successful design shows airing on both networks! However, FLN shows all new episodes of Divine Design, Candice has completely changed her format, it looks more like Sarah's show Design Inc. Makes me wonder if the two Canadians are competing for Divine Diva!
